We MUST have a referral from your provider to schedule a Neuropsychological Assessment.

At this time we are not set up to take Alaska Medicaid, Denali KidCare, or Medicare.
 

For Neuropsychological Testing we are UNABLE to provide the following services:

• Custody Evaluations and Assessments

• Forensic Evaluations and Assessments

• Sex Offender Evaluations

• Workman's Compensation Evaluations
