Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation Services (without medical services): 90791
The Psychologist performs a psychiatric evaluation of the patient with the aim of making a diagnosis.

Neurobehavioral Status Examination: 96116
The Psychologist performs a face–to–face assessment of a patient’s thinking, reasoning, and judgment. This accounts for the first hour of face–to–face clinical assessment as well as any time spent interpreting the results and preparing a report.

Neuropsychological Testing Evaluation Services: 96132
The Psychologist spends up to one hour administering neuropsychological tests, which include
· face–to–face with the patient in performing the tests
· interpretation of the outcome
· preparation of the report
· discussion of the outcome with the patient/ family members/caregivers.

The Psychologist administers
· neuropsychological tests
· face–to–face with the patient
This is an add on to the primary code (96132) for each additional hour the Psychologist spends
· administering the tests
· interpreting the results
· preparing the report
· in discussion with the patient/family members/ caregivers

The Psychologist administers two or more psychological or neuropsychological tests and scores them. This is used for the first 30 minutes of administration and scoring by any method.

The Psychometrist administers two or more psychological or neuropsychological tests and scores them. This is used for the first 30 minutes of administration and scoring by any method.

The Psychometrist administers two or more psychological or neuropsychological tests and scores them. This is used for the accounting of any additional 30 minutes beyond the initial 30 minutes (96138).
